Service Description

This Valentine's Day, open your heart. Led by acclaimed local artist and gallery owner Rikki Louise van den Berg and professional yoga teacher and studio owner Julie Hegarty, we invite you to immerse yourself in a playful discovery of creativity, blending these two disciplines. The art session will tap into your inner muse as we journey through expressive process-based painting with curiosity and delight. You are invited to explore intuitive painting with elegance, openness, and fun through a spirited, heart-centered creative practice. To open your heart, your yoga practice will explore yin, yang, and raja yoga to balance the masculine and feminine. We will release physical tension in the shoulders, chest, and upper back, improving posture and breathing, while also addressing emotional blocks by encouraging openness, compassion, and connection to the heart space through yaga and meditation—inviting feelings of love and presence without judgment. It's about creating space, both physically for deeper breaths and emotionally to feel and process feelings, promoting self-love and connection.
